At A Race Against Blindness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached back into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
